Connie Hindman, M.Ed., Executive Director

Connie has a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Education from Wayland Baptist University.  She has more than 30 years experience working with children and families at risk. She has successfully completed the “Management of Non-Profit Organizations” Certificate Program at Texas Tech University had has over twenty years of experience in working with non-profit agencies.  Connie is the founding Executive Director of the Children’s Advocacy Center of the South Plains.

 

Susan Moeller, LBSW, Development Director

Susan is a licensed social worker. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Relationships from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has done graduate work in Human Sciences and Business Management at Texas Tech University. She has more than 30 years experience working with children and families in both not-for-profit and for-profit agencies. For the last eight years she has worked in marketing and development to widen the support base for many of the issues confronting families and children in need.

 

Missy Eidson, Case Manager

Missy is the newest member of the Family Promise Team. Prior to being employed with Family Promise she completed her field placement hours to satisfy the requirements for her Social Work degree at our agency. She will receive her Bachelor’s of Social Work degree on August 15, 2006, from Lubbock Christian University.  Her prior experience includes working on the A.C.T. Team for MHMR and as a supervisor in a Residential Treatment Center for children with behavioral disorders.

 

George Lewis, Transportation Coordinator

George or “Mr. George” as he is called by staff and “guests” provides an integral link between the families we serve and Family Promise’s staff and volunteers.  He has a experience driving for other nonprofit organizations and working with individuals with disabilities.
