We are utilizing
the current 1375 square foot family center facility as a day
center for our clients, a counseling center, and staff
offices. During the day,
parents who are not working utilize this facility to shower, do laundry, care for pre-school and
ill children, seek work and meet with the counselor. The
Family Day Center provides guests with a phone line, a
mailing address, child care, and a base for counseling,
training, housing and employment searches.
At night, the
families lodge at a member congregation's facility.
Adults and children sleep on roll-away twin beds.
There are also a limited number of cribs that can be used
for infants and young toddlers.
