Opportunities to Make A Difference

Monday Night Child Care

Almost every Monday night our program families and one of our network churches fellowship together with a meal at 5:30PM. At 6PM the adults will participate in a community building session and the children are led in a child friendly activity with volunteers. This is where you come in! Our volunteers spend time with the Family Promise children in a relaxed setting where they can have fun and get to know one another! If you are a parent and want to bring the whole family, we encourage it! Children have a way of teaching us how to connect and we love to see relationships grow!

Group Service Project

From organizing a supply drive, providing a grocery donation, or completing a maintenance service project, we believe there is a place for all at Family Promise of Lubbock! Let us know a little bit about your group and our team can support in finding the right project.

Each year we host 5 major holiday events and as you can imagine it takes all hands on deck to organize and implement these events. We need support in the following areas:

Furniture Pick up and Deliveries

When our families graduate our program, we do our best to help them with their basic move in needs. This includes a variety of furniture such as mattresses/box springs, bed frames, tables and chairs, couches, dressers, night stands and more! We pick up/deliver these items on the 1st Saturday and the 3rd Wednesday of each month. If you can help us with this please use the link below to sign up today!
