Homeless Prevention

Our Prevention Program takes a families first approach, working to keep families housed and stable before homelessness occurs. By partnering with a strong network of community organizations, we provide critical resources, guidance, and hope to those in imminent danger of losing their home—helping families remain the foundation of a healthy community.

Applications will only be open during the first week of the month

Services provided:

  • This program requires participation in a supportive services program in an effort to help connect you to work, education, and additional resource opportunities

  • Connecting you to a healthy community support system

  • Limited financial assistance

Those who qualify:

  • You must be facing an eviction or have rental arrears

  • You must have an income that falls below an income threshold dependent on number of household members and income

Documents/Information you will need for the application:

  • Copy of your entire signed lease

  • Copy of eviction notice

  • DL/ID

  • Property manager contact information
